Cancer Support Information

Being diagnosed with cancer will mean you probably have lots of questions and we hope the following information and links to services will prove helpful at what can be a difficult time. Often most of your care is through the hospital.  You will have been given a nurse to help support you.  We want you to know that the primary care team is here for you as well. Your GP is available to answer any questions you might have.  If we don’t have the answers we can help you find them.

Here are some phone numbers and website links to services and support which we hope you find useful.
