If you would like to make a complaint about the service that you have received at the surgery please make it in writing to the practice manager. We will acknowledge receipt of it within three working days and advise length of time for a full response. This will usually be between ten to fourteen days. However, it may be longer in certain circumstances, for example if the person who needs to be consulted is away on leave.
