We act on all feedback but it is always rewarding when the team receives positive feedback from patients. Our colleagues in East Sussex recently sent the following message which describes the comments they received during some of their recent public events.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who expressed their views and say how much all of the team appreciate the feedback you gave about our service.
East Sussex NHS Public Involvement team ran a number of mini-roadshow events in June and July. We did a couple of pop-ups in Rye and Peasmarsh and I feel that I have to feed back the amazing comments that we heard from the public about Northiam surgery. Most surgeries are not mentioned at all when we ask for feedback, some are mentioned because of poor experiences, but Northiam patients went out of their way to tell us how fantastic their surgery is and how they can always get through to the surgery and that appointments/advice are always available.
