Appointments & Surgery Times

Appointments and Surgery Times

You may make, change or cancel an appointment in person at the surgery, by telephone or online using Patient Access or the NHS App. Call the surgery directly (Northiam 01797252140 or Broad Oak 01424882394).

To book online you will need to register to use the online services. To register, either collect a form from reception or complete from page 7 of the registration pack. Find out more about Online Services.

Please note that not all appointments can be booked online. Please refer to the  Patient Information Booklet for full details in order to save you a wasted journey.

Reminders

You will be reminded of your appointment by text message the day before. This message will have a link to cancel the appointment if you need to.

Your Appointment

We believe that face-to-face appointment with your own doctor is the best way to deliver high quality care. We therefore run personal lists and whenever possible we will always book your appointment with your own doctor. Obviously if they are not available we will book you in to see one of the other doctors.

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present during a consultation or examination. Please let the Doctor or Receptionist know if you would like to have someone with you and this will be arranged.

Urgent Appointments
